On May 1, 2024 the
purchase of new shares in the Randstad Share Purchase Plan has taken place. The
purchase price is set at € 47,20. This is the closing price of the Randstad NV
share on Euronext on April 30, 2024. The newly purchased shares will be added
to the account next week. For those who purchased shares for the first time, an
account will be opened next week.
Furthermore, 50%
additional bonus shares were granted on May 1, 2024 to participants who had purchased
shares on May 1, 2023 and were still employed by the company and holding their
shares on May 1, 2024. The bonus shares have been added to the account on May
1, 2024 and can be found under the '2023 May (NL)' plan.
Also 50% bonus shares
have been granted to all participants in the Randstad Share Purchase Plan who
had bought shares on November 1, 2023, who were still employed with the company
and had not sold their shares on May 1, 2024. The bonus shares have been added
to the account on May 1, 2024 and can be found under the '2023 November (NL)'
plan.
